On June 5, 2012,
Venus aligns with Mother Earth
and Grandfather Sun so that for
over six hours all life-giving
solar energies reaching Earth must
pass thru and around our
sister planet.It’s aunique opportunity
to join with wise elders to
honor the past, hear and make
suggestions for a sustainable
future, and co-create sacred
ceremony to “open the Aloha
Portal” at a time that will not
return for thousands of years,
in direct conjunction with our
2012 alignment with the Galactic
Center.
The meaning and portent of the year
2012 by the Western calendar have been discussed
and debated for at least a quarter
century, ever since visionary author,
Jose Arguelles, first wrote
about the 13-Baktun (5,200 year)
Mayan calendar that "ends" or "resets"
as our Solar system aligns with the
dark rift in the Galactic
Center. Many key cycles are
coming together as we prepare for what
some are calling the great "Shift of Ages"
when, according to the Hopi and other
indigenous peoples, we transition from
the 4th world to a purified and
renewed 5th world.
One such important
cycle relates to Venus, brightest
heavenly body after the Moon, which
will transit across the face of the
Sun (as seen from Earth) for six hours
on June 5/6, 2012, entirely visible
from the Hawaiian islands in the
Pacific Ocean. Mindful that the
ancient Maya carefully calculated
the phases of Venus, many believe
that its rare transit offers an
opportunity to "recognize the Aloha
Spirit" of love, compassion and
cooperation by joining forces with
recognized indigenous elders in
Hawaii, home of Aloha, for dialogue,
prayer and celebration at that
unique time.

will hold an "Aloha
Wisdom Gathering"at
the Sheraton
Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa,
on the Big Island, June 2-6,
2012. We invite
everyone who wishes to promote
suggestions for building a
sustainable, positive future for the
next seven generations and activate
the Aloha Spirit of this Venus transit

the positive energies of a group of

will be a time for like-minded people to
meet with recognized Earth-keepers and

to "talk story" as the Hawaiians say to
bring forth suggestions about how to

preserve and celebrate the wisdom of
indigenous elders, globally. Its

the June 2012 Aloha
Wisdom Gathering
presents an opportunity to
meet and dialogue intimately
with global teachers, wisdom
keepers, recognized elders and
others of like mind during one
of the most powerful
astronomical and energy
alignments of 2012, recognized
by traditional cultures, like
the Maya, as being critical
for our time.
As our solar system aligns
with the center of the Milky
Way Galaxy, on June 5-6, 2012,
our world will experience a
Venus Transit when our sister
planet passes across the face
of the Sun, as viewed from
Earth, during a six-hour
period. Such
transits are among the rarest
of recurring, predictable
astronomical phenomena and
have been recorded since
ancient Babylon. They
occur in a pattern that
repeats every 243 years, with
pairs of transits 8 years
apart, separated by big gaps
of 121.5 and 105.5 years.
The June
2012 transit will be the
second of this century’s pair,
preceded by one on June 8,
2004. The next pair will
not begin until 2117.
Further, the 2012 transit
marks the first time in over
26,000 years that this rare
astronomical event will happen
just as our system aligns with
the Galactic Center, thereby
adding a key cosmic dimension
to its energy potential.
